About the Campaign
100 Women Leaders for a Greener Future is a global initiative to identify, empower, and recognize 100 inspiring women from 100 countries who are driving local impact for a sustainable world.
Running from June to September 2025, selected leaders will represent their countries and take part in a dynamic journey of storytelling, eco-action, team building, youth empowerment, social change, cross-border collaboration, and international visibility — culminating in a global virtual recognition ceremony.

Co-Organized by: EcoCash Global Trade Hub
GLTS is a World Record Holder Global Organization, enlisted with UNFCCC, with a mission to make the world a better place through leadership.
Vision
To create a global network of grassroots women leaders who drive local impact in their communities while building meaningful connections across borders to exchange knowledge, inspire collaboration, and empower the next generation of eco-conscious, compassionate changemakers.
Campaign Goals
- 🔹 Empower 100 women as country representatives for sustainable leadership
- 🔹 Promote local eco-events, education, youth initiatives, and community engagement
- 🔹 Create a network of future women leaders across the globe
- 🔹 Celebrate changemakers at a global recognition ceremony in September 2025
✅ Selection Criteria for Applicants
Applicants will be selected based on the following guidelines:
- 1. Commitment to Social or Environmental Impact
Passionate about sustainability, youth empowerment, women's leadership, or community service. Prior experience is a plus but not required. - 2. Leadership Potential
Shows initiative, vision, and the ability to represent their country or region as a changemaker. - 3. Communication & Storytelling Ability
Can share her journey or ideas via video or virtual sessions. English not required, but basic communication (or translation use) is expected. - 4. Willingness to Act
Agrees to form a team, organize at least one impact activity, and nominate more women leaders during July–August 2025. - 5. Age Eligibility
Open to all women aged 18 and above, regardless of background, location, or education level. - 6. Diversity & Inclusion
Women from rural, indigenous, or underserved communities, women with disabilities, and intergenerational participants are encouraged to apply. - 7. Availability & Internet Access
Must have access to email or basic internet to attend virtual onboarding and submit reports.
What Selected Leaders Will Do
- 🎥 Share a 5‑minute leadership video
- 👥 Form a team of 5 changemakers (students, youth, or peers)
- 🌿 Organize one impact event from GLTS Initiatives (Gen4Trees, DoiT Leaders Club, EcoCash Meetup, etc.)
- 🌎 Nominate emerging leaders from their country (provinces, districts, or institutions)
- 📝 Submit a final report highlighting outcomes and lessons

Women aged 18 + from any country who are passionate about sustainability, leadership, youth development, or community action. Applicants should be able to take initiative and represent their country.
No. The campaign is completely free to participate in. Selected leaders will receive guidance to complete their assigned leadership journey.
Each selected woman will:
Create a 5-minute leadership video
Form a team of 5 changemakers
Organize a local eco-impact event (e.g., tree planting, training, workshop)
Nominate future women leaders from their provinces/districts/educational Institute
Submit a final report with outcomes and photos
You can choose from GLTS initiatives such as:
gen4Trees (tree plantation)
DoiT Leaders Club (youth/student workshops)
EcoCash Global Trade Hub (eco entrepreneur meetups or fairs)
Any impactful local project aligned with sustainability and youth empowerment.
You will get:
A digital onboarding toolkit
Optional leadership and project training sessions
Access to a global peer group and mentors
Recognition through global platforms and media
A leadership certificate and global report feature
All successful leaders will be honored in a Global Virtual Recognition Ceremony in September 2025 and featured in the “100 Women Leading Change” digital report.
